Returns and Exchange

SADSHRIMPS does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in mail, feel free to contact us via email. We'll be happy to chat and work something out depending on the item.

Damaged or Lost mail does not include:

• Lost due to untracked mailing

• Lost delivery to an inaccurate address provided

• Damaged due to usage of product
  

Tax & Duties:
Any VAT charges, taxes, or duties will be handled by the customer after orders have arrived at their destination. Charges will vary depending on location and tax rules, and is not in our control.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is not accepted, please be understanding.

Currency
The shop’s currency is in USD – United States Dollars.

Shipping
We operate as a one-man team and orders for the shop are packed bi-monthly - in the middle and at the end of the month. We seek your understanding and patience in waiting for your order fulfillment.
