Is there a Non-Tracked shipping option?
Yes - We offer shipping without tracking for orders containing only "Stickers" and "Sticker Sheets".
Please leave a note at checkout asking for "Non-Tracked Shipping" and the shipping fee will be partially refunded to you.
Please note that we are not liable for the loss of any package that is shipped without a tracking number.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We operate as a one-man team and orders for the shop are packed bi-monthly - in the middle and at the end of the month.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and the relevant tracking number.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. On average, a package may take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the season.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally - through several parts of China, Japan and locally in Singapore.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and made in fair conditions - opting to support smaller scale businesses when possible.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your items in your order.
We do not operate with a single shipping courier company, but instead choose the most appropriate option that is the most cost-effective for you amidst the unfavourable new international shipping regulations and rates.
Our shipping fee is not hidden in our product prices, and we do not profit from the shipping fee. For full transparency, you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
