SADSHRIMPS does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in mail, feel free to contact me via email. I’ll be happy to chat and work something out depending on the item.

Damaged or Lost mail does not include:

  • Lost due to untracked mailing

  • Lost delivery to an inaccurate address provided.



Cancellation of orders is not accepted, please be understanding !!


The shop’s currency is in USD – United States Dollars.


Shipping

 All parcels are shipped via Singapore Post unless specified.

STICKER-ONLY ORDERS: Should you want to ship out your sticker-only order via non-tracked stamped mail, please leave a ‘note’ at check-out OR drop me an email (shop@sadshrimps.com) and I will refund the excess shipping fees to you!

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed in 1-2 weeks once the shop opens *grand opening day (aside from pre-order and made to order items).
Orders will be shipped out bi-monthly (twice every month) – every middle and end of the month. Depending on what date in the month you’ve placed your order, we will ship it out according to the 2 batches.

Shipping for International orders outside of Singapore are estimated to take 3-10 weeks (Shipping time varies greatly. Please understand that this is not in my control.) Local orders in Singapore are estimated to take 1-2 weeks at most.

Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) might apply to international orders outside of Singapore. I will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.
